As an independent consultant, I guide my clients in the optimization of maintenance, turnaround, and warehouse operations and procedures. My process includes assessment of current practices while suggesting changes in order to achieve world class best practice. This methodology includes change management as well as optimizing the tools and systems currently in use, and assuring the assets of the organization are used to maximize the benefit to the company. I coach employees in the use of SAP and other tools, to maximize return on investment to the company, and to excel in maintenance and turnaround events. Clients past and present have included (among others) Exxon-Mobile, Incitec Pivot, Dyno Nobel, Sinclair Oil, and Aisling Solutions Group.

I have worked in the maintenance/construction industry for many years. My roles have included project manager, turnaround manager, turnaround planner, superintendent, area general foreman, general foreman, foreman, planner, scheduler, turnaround coordinator, welder, pipe fitter and plumber, with experience reading blueprints, material specifications, and P&IDs. My unique background and work history enables me to connect with your entire team, from the maintenance technicians to the Board of Directors. I am able to recognize the needs of your organization, and I am able to help your team achieve company goals. As your consultant, my goal is for your team to be successful.
With wide-ranging experience in SAP optimization, primarily within the PM module, and with additional experience in the MM module as well, I am comfortable with multiple SAP instances and implementations. I am proficient with Primavera, Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and have general office equipment experience.
At multiple plants with multiple organizations, I have successfully implemented risk-based inspection programs and intricate predictive and preventative maintenance programs, as well as Process Safety Management (PSM) compliant programs. I also have advanced facilitator training in Apollo Root Cause Analysis.
I am experienced in public speaking, creating presentations, strategic planning and development, as well as forecasting equipment and manpower needs, tracking project costs, and working within budgets.
